COVID-19 Customer Information

Verteda want to reassure all customers of service continuity while the outbreak of COVID-19 continues to progress. While there is no foreseen impact to Verteda’s operation of our services, we wanted to provide some detail on our preparation should the situation change.

Impact to systems –Verteda uses hosted platforms for its solutions, which are designed for supporting systems remotely. A general principle of cloud service operations is remote management and administration, which forms part of the Verteda comprehensive business continuity programme.

Impact to location – Our staff are based throughout the UK as well as the Head Office location in Warrington. Regardless of location, the staff have the ability to securely administer services to you without direct access to the Head Office. Home working is possible for all Verteda staff if necessary, should it become a requirement.

Impact to People – All of our Support team have access to the necessary resources to take actions from home or the office. Our service allows for sustained support should issues arise and ensures that resources are available should individuals fall ill.

While at Verteda we put our staff’s safety and welfare at the forefront, we wish to do the same for you, our customer. This may mean going forward that we will be conducting more customer meetings and field bookings remotely.

Every business is beginning to adapt their day to day operations during what is an ever changing and fluid situation. Verteda will continue to update our customers as required.
