Junior Project Manager – Full Time

About the opportunity: 

We require a Junior Project Manager who is available to start immediately. They should have experience of working within a diverse team, with the ability to work under time constraints. The appointed individual will be a proactive & organised, smart and well commutative. The position requires the candidate to work closely with other departments within the business to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of our solutions.

Successful candidates will be required to deliver both new & existing projects; ensuring projects meet client and customer requirements. Projects must be managed within the appropriate timescales, on budget & to a consistently high standard. Working within the Operations Team, the Project Managers also support the pre sales process, liaising with development and support to ensure there is a fluid transition upon successful completion of the projects.

Experience of similar environments is desirable, however not essential.  Successful candidates will be energetic and tenacious with a professional edge. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a solid work ethic, the ability to work unsupervised, create and manage project plans and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Working with our Support, Operations, Development and Projects teams, the candidate will assist in delivering projects to maximise and support our existing and new client base.

  • Proven ability to multi task efficiently & effectively.
  • An understanding of risks/issues and their impact on project success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly developed relationship building skills that can extend throughout the organisation.
  • An attention to detail and highly developed planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with Clients frequently in a professional and organised manner, updating Project documentation & its distribution, within the organisation & to external parties.


What is desirable:

  • Some experience of Project Management and / or administrative role.
  • Some knowledge / understanding of project planning processes & techniques.
