Trevor Roberts of Verteda is taking part in the Ultra Marathon, Cape Town to raise funds for The Children's Adventure Farm Trust.

This 35 mile race around & over Table Mountain is renowned for being the most beautiful and yet challenging Ultra Marathon's in the World. Commencing on the Indian ocean coast line, circling and ascending the fabulous Table Mountain on the Atlantic side of the Western Cape, finishing in Newlands some 5+ hours or 56K/35 miles later.

The fantastic team at Verteda have supported CAFT previously, running 10KM races to help raise funds for this worthy charity and maximise awareness of their amazing work. This race is a little more challenging and presents Verteda with a fabulous opportunity to make a small difference to the lives of young, less fortunate children.

“I am thrilled and a little nervous to be taking part in this race in Cape Town, South Africa, I’m hugely focused and energised to do my very best for CAFT. I am very grateful, for the support, patience and motivation received from my family, friends & colleagues” Trevor Roberts, Sales Director, Verteda comments.

Jenny O’Hare from The Children's Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) comments “We are extremely grateful for additional financial support raised by Verteda which will in turn provide many more children disadvantaged by terminal illness, disability and social circumstance with a magical holiday to remember at the Adventure Farm. We wish Trevor a safe journey and all the best for this fantastic challenge”
