About the opportunity:

This is a key role central to the Sales & Marketing team, we require an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to accelerate the UK growth of our award winning Workforce Management Solution. Iconic UK sports venues and restaurant chains have invested in our Workforce Managementsolution to improve productivity, scheduling and control costs. Experience of building immediate prospect pipeline is essential and successful candidates will be energetic and tenacious, with a professional edge. Candidates will need to be able to create and deliver in depth ROI and TCO proposals as part of their value proposition to close opportunities. Working with our Head of Marketing to identify penetration strategies to maximise and support our existing hungry client base.

What you will need to have:

• Previous proven experience of selling within the Hospitality vertical essential, preferably within Workforce or Human Resource Management.

• 5 years+ of experience demonstrating a successful sales track record

• Engaging verbal and written communication skills at all levels

• Exceptional solution selling skills and strong ability to demonstrate solutions.

• Excellent negotiating skills for service level agreements and contracts

• Experience selling contracts greater than £250,000.00

• Proven client relationship management skills.
